Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had an inspection to Saigon Newport Corporation on pandemic prevention and control activities

Ho Chi Minh city, 26^th of August, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Member of the Politburo, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Head of the National Steering Committee for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19, and a government delegation, Ministries had come to reviewing epidemic prevention and control activities, as well as Saigon Newport Corporation’s manufacturing and business activities. Colonel Ngo Minh Thuan, CEO of Saigon Newport Corporation, welcomed the delegation.

Colonel Ngo Minh Thuan had reported to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on epidemic prevention and control solutions; other than that are production activities of Saigon Newport Corporation. Saigon Newport has drastically implemented the solutions to prevent and control the pandemic, while arranging scenario implementation according to each production plan, and effectively applying technology in producing and maintaining working from home, online meetings with partners and customers. Therefore, production and business activities are maintained without any isues, all port facilities are not overloaded…

Colonel Ngo Minh Thuan had reported to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on epidemic prevention and control and maintaining the production of Saigon Newport Corporation.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh came to inspect the Concentrated Quarantine Zone at Son Ca Kindergarten which was set up by Thu Duc City as an isolation place for Saigon Newport Corporation employees. After listening to Saigon Newport’s report, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh asked Saigon Newport to continue to have well performance in the pandemic prevention and control activities while ensuring the smooth running of the production process. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that Saigon Newport, with its 3 functions of the army such as “combat army, labor (to serve the people) and production army”, need to maintain production but must ensure the safety; maintain the tradition of Uncle Ho – Marines, in the spirit of “fighting to the pandemic same as the enemy”, continuing to help to maintain public security while deploying, supporting and guiding people strictly following the government 16th guidelines.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had directed Saigon Newport to continue to have well performance in the pandemic prevention and control activities while ensuring the smooth running of the production process.

After receiving instructions and directions from Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Colonel Ngo Minh Thuan, CEO of Saigon Newport Corporation, pledged to implement rigorously, drastically, in sync, and responsibly, following the tradition, make every effort to prevent and control the pandemic and ensure the smooth operation of ports throughout the company system.
